I’m Brian, and I do sound, music and implementation for games.
I grew up around Minneapolis, MN, playing with Fruity Loops. I was always fanatical about recording technology, and I still have a soft spot for anything cassette. Games like Half-Life, Duke Nukem 3D, Metal Gear Solid, and Doom 3 were my bread and butter, and I was always fascinated by the unique feel of each game’s soundscape.
I didn’t always know what I wanted to do, though, and I joined the Marines out of high school in an attempt to escape the dull existence of midwestern suburbia. There I learned many things, like how to work hard, and how to trust people.
After the Marines, I attended Shoreline Community College and got three Associate’s degrees covering audio engineering, music production and business. I decided to focus my energies on game audio, and took a special interest in C# scripting inside Unity.
With a combination of solid sound design chops and technical implementation knowledge, I’ve got the skills and the drive to give your game the unique and memorable sound it deserves.
